NE Portland Craftsman
Our client was returning to the home she lived in as a young woman, and it was time the home grew with her.
Our client is the long time owner of an historic craftsman home. After a decade away, she returned to the home and needed the home to be refined to match the new version of herself. We worked with her to make careful and historically sensitive changes that repaired, restored, and breathed new life into the home.
The scope of work on this project includes a bathroom renovation and addition, creation of a primary bedroom, opening walls to turn a closet into a meditation room, updating the top floor finishes, and repairing the damaged sunroom. This project was completed in the Fall of 2025.
